Olive is responsible for Synagie’s business and operations across its 7 markets in Southeast Asia and in Spain. Synagie is the region’s #1 Digital Commerce Enabler, winner of Lazada Regional Partner of Year 2021-22. The Group manages over 1,000 e-stores for 600 brand partners and employs 450 full time employees across the region.
Prior to Synagie, Olive spent 20 years in the FMCG & Retail industry, in leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb and Watsons.
Olive is also the founding and current ex-co member of SG-WEN (Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network), established in 2021 by the Singapore Business Federation to promote and facilitate greater collaboration and support for women business leaders in Singapore.
